Meet Our Pack!

Leah H
Pet Groomer
Leah’s passion for animals runs deep. From her early days showing dogs and horses in 4-H to managing and training alpacas on multiple farms, she’s built a lifetime of hands-on experience with creatures great and small.
Her journey started in her teens as a pet and farm sitter, caring for everything from beloved family pets to barnyard animals. After high school, Leah jumped into the veterinary world, working in a clinic where her love for animal care only grew stronger. It was there she discovered her calling in dog grooming.
Today, Leah is a skilled and compassionate Fear Free Certified Groomer who brings a calming presence to every grooming session. Whether it’s a pampered poodle or a muddy farm dog, she takes pride in making each pup look and feel their best.
With a heart for all things feathered, furred, or hoofed, Leah continues to offer pet and farm sitting services alongside her grooming work. Her dedication, expertise, and genuine love for animals shine through in everything she does!

Evelyn M.
Pet Groomer
A dog enthusiast and multi-instrumental musician.
Evelyn finds the most pleasure in spending her time training and grooming dogs. It all started when she was participating in a youth fundraiser at a boarding kennel. After bathing several dogs for the fundraiser, she was offered a job as a groomer and kennel attendant. Although working with animals had never interested her before, with lots of hands-on training, and many hours working with dogs in the kennel, Evelyn developed a love for teaching dogs to overcome fear and enjoy the grooming process.
Today, Evelyn skillfully works with all dogs, regardless of size, breed, age, or attitude. She finds joy in retraining the minds of the most difficult dogs to be relaxed and confident on the grooming table. She combines her passion for behavior training with grooming, tailoring the process to the needs of each individual dog.
In her spare time, Evelyn enjoys hunting, playing instruments, or just chilling with her pets. Her level of confidence, dedication, and compassion for dogs brightens a whole room. Her clients absolutely love her, and we do too!

Hanna S.
Pet Groomer
Hanna grew up on a lively farm surrounded by chickens, goats, and rabbits, where her love for animals began. Preparing show goats taught her patience, precision, and the importance of gentle, thoughtful care—skills that led her into the world of pet grooming.
Today, Hanna shares her home with a collection of beloved pets, including several cats, reptiles, and a golden retriever named Ace. Her experience with such a wide range of animals helps her understand and adapt to each pet’s unique personality and needs.
Beyond grooming, Hanna is also a dedicated artist and painter. She brings that same creativity and attention to detail into her grooming work, treating each session as both an art form and a chance to help pets feel their happiest and most comfortable.
Hanna looks forward to meeting new furry friends and providing caring, high-quality grooming for every pet that comes her way.

Suzanna Williams
CEO/Owner
Hi, I’m Suzanna! I am a lifelong creator, marketer, and entrepreneur who turned a love for design, dogs, and community into what is now Wags Bakery. My background is rooted in branding and marketing, and for years I’ve helped businesses tell their stories through my freelance design and marketing company, 360 Viewbox LLC. From logo development and websites to full marketing strategy, creating meaningful, memorable brands has always been my passion.
Wags Bakery began the same way many of my creative projects do — with a big idea, a lot of determination, and a desire to build something that didn’t exist yet. What started as designing dog treat packaging and branding concepts eventually became a full-fledged dog bakery and grooming shop, built from the ground up through hard work, late nights, and a belief that dogs deserve something special.
Entrepreneurship is the heart of everything I do. I’ve grown Wags through constant innovation such as new treat and product lines, seasonal events, grooming programs, wholesale expansion, and a brand that feels warm, playful, and deeply personal. I use my design and marketing background every day, creating everything in-house:
• Packaging & labels
• Websites & e-commerce design
• Social media content
• Photography, graphics & branding
• Holiday campaigns & product launches
Wags Bakery is more than a business to me. It’s a place where creativity meets community, where pups are celebrated, and where I get to build something meaningful every single day. Whether I’m baking treats, designing products, or planning our next big event, I pour my heart into everything we create.
Thank you for supporting a small local business built with love, imagination, and a whole lot of dog hair.
