Our Tuesday Pickup & Drop-Off Grooming service is designed for pet parents who want professional, in-salon grooming without rearranging their day. We’ll pick up your dog, groom them at our fully equipped salon, and return them home clean, comfortable, and happy — all in the same day.
This is not mobile grooming. All grooming is performed at our professional salon using full-size tubs, dryers, and tools for better results and a calmer experience.

Service Area
- Pickup & drop-off is available within 15 miles of Wags Bakery.
- We currently serve Urbana and surrounding areas in Champaign County. Requests outside the service area cannot be accommodated at this time.

Pricing
- $30 Fee (includes pickup & drop-off)
- Added to any full grooming service
Pricing varies by dog size and coat condition - Mobile groomers often charge significantly more — this service offers the same convenience with better salon results.

Safe & Secure Transport
We provide secure, climate-controlled transport using secured crates or safety restraints.
To keep dogs calm and safe, we limit the number of dogs per route.
Dogs must be comfortable riding in a vehicle and able to be safely secured during transport.
Payment Process
To keep routes organized and fair, pickup & drop-off grooming is handled by request and confirmation.
How payment works:
- Submit the Tuesday pickup & drop-off request form
- Our team reviews availability, service area, and pet eligibility
- If approved, you’ll receive a payment link/invoice from Wags Bakery
- Payment is required to confirm and hold your spot on the Tuesday route
Appointments are not confirmed until payment is received. If payment is not completed within 24 hours of approval, the pickup spot may be released to another request.
Cancellation Policy
Because pickup & drop-off grooming is offered in limited weekly capacity, the following policy applies:
- The $30 pickup & drop-off fee is non-refundable within 24 hours of the scheduled service
- With advance notice, the pickup fee may be transferred to a future Tuesday pickup appointment (subject to availability)
- Grooming service cancellations follow our standard grooming cancellation policy
If Wags Bakery needs to cancel due to weather, vehicle issues, or unforeseen circumstances, customers will be offered a refund or transfer of the pickup fee.
